Hello and welcome to your therapeutic journey! I’m Sage, solution-oriented therapist who believes in getting to the heart of the matter and building real momentum toward change. I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just plain worn out from carrying too much for too long. My style is direct but warm — I’m not going to sugarcoat things, and I’m definitely going to give you homework, but I’ll always be in your corner as you do the work.
I’m conservative (we exist!). I know how rare it can be to find a therapist who shares your values and still brings clinical depth, practical tools, and emotional honesty to the table. Also- My faith is foundational to how I live and how I practice, and I love working with clients who want to integrate biblical truth
Outside of the therapy room, I live a grounded, intentional life — I’m married, I love the outdoors, and I’m usually working on something hands-on like beekeeping, growing food, or fishing. I bring that same grounded energy to therapy: we keep it honest, we keep it practical, and we keep moving forward.
