My experience as a therapist has led me to work with a very wide range of clients across all ages, backgrounds, and experiences. I love to work with clients who are feeling stuck, unheard, and misunderstood to provide new methods of expression and communication both in and out of my office. I focus on providing a safe, non-judgmental space for you and meeting you where you are so we can figure out what you need together. I particularly enjoy play and child-centered therapy, but I find that even my teenage and adult clients can benefit from my non-traditional approach to healing.
I have experience in trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, disability and chronic illness, neurodivergence, obsessive-compulsive disorder, animal assisted therapy (my therapy cat often steals the show and outworks me) and more! I strive to continually expand my toolkit of skills and approaches to serve each individual who comes into my office.
