I’m Saffron Lancaster, a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with 3 years of experience working with diverse populations and a variety of diagnoses. I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate challenges such as substance use disorders, crisis counseling, suicide prevention, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, prolonged grief, and anger management. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families from various ethnic backgrounds, I’m committed to treating each client as a whole person deserving of kindness, compassion, empathy, and support.

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and utilize approaches like existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, culturally sensitive therapy, as well as Adlerian and humanistic methodologies—all within a non-judgmental space.
