We live in a confusing and complicated world. I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life, with all types of struggles. I work with children through adults and have specific training in trauma, OCD, eating disorders, and ADHD. I use a variety of modalities to help my clients grow into the best version of themselves.
Therapy can be terrifying and requires us to examine the parts of ourselves we may prefer to hide. It takes courage to engage in therapy, and my job is to take that journey with you. In my sessions we don't "just talk," but also work on skill building, challenging our thoughts and perspectives and working through our fixed beliefs.
