About
Life can be overwhelming and stressful with so many daily hurdles especially in this day and age. I am dedicated to working with individuals, couples and families to help ease self-doubt, anxiety, depression, relationship stress and more. It is my passion to help you make positive changes meeting you where you are to start your journey Feelings of sadness, anger, and worry can sometimes lead to feelings of low self-worth. We can work together in identifying negative thought patterns impacting your ability to be the best version of yourself.
My goal is to build a trusting and collaborative relationship with you and help identify your personal and relational strengths. I work with all issues in a supportive, safe environment. My therapeutic approach will assist you in developing a clear map to resolving any issues in your life that are impacting your daily functioning.
Healing and growth is extremely important in the therapeutic process and I look forward to assisting you through this journey There is no one size fits all when it comes to therapy, so let’s work together to tailor your therapeutic experience.
