We are a group of affirming clinicians that are dedicated to meeting our clients where they are at and supporting them with exploring their unique identities, hardships, strengths and personal goals. We are honored to serve and support the dynamic children, teens and adults of our community by giving them a safe space to process past trauma, grief, interpersonal challenges, family issues and more. We use a person centered and s approach to building positive relationships with our clients that allow them to feel seen, appreciated for who they are and supported with building a stronger sense of self, purpose and value.
We use evidence based approaches to promote healing, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Therapies, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
