We are a trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice that uses evidence and research-based treatments for depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. We strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients ages 5+ feel seen, heard, and supported in individual, couples, and family therapy.
Our clinicians are trained in the use of DBT, CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), as well as sand tray and play therapy. We also offer ADHD and ASD testing and medication management. We believe in a holistic approach to treatment and mind/body connection; treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
By tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs, we aim to foster resilience, deepen self-understanding, and support meaningful, lasting change. You don't have to walk this journey alone.
