Filling In The Grey
Support group for teens (12-16 years old) with divorced or divorcing parents. This group will provide emotional support, reduce feelings of isolation, and foster resilience. Facilitated by a licensed therapist, group includes: open discussions, group activities, and coping strategies to help teens navigate challenges in family dynamics. Teens will be encouraged to gain a new perspective for filling in pieces of their lives that may seem impossible.
