Safe Haven Counseling PLLC consists LCPC's, LCSW's, CADC's, and Pre-Licensed Clinical Interns. Our diverse professional experiences allow us to serve a variety of conditions for individuals and couples in the South Suburbs and greater Chicago land area. We provide support for anxiety, bipolar, depression, grief, PTSD, relationship distress, trauma, substance abuse, substance abuse recovery management, stage of life stressors, medical condition stressors, and more.
Each counselor at Safe Haven bring their own unique approach to counseling. We offer CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Attachment, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, and Somatic therapies. Collaborating with our clients is important to us. We are passionate about supporting our community.
We are proud to support first responders, telecommunicators, union members, trades men & women, medical personnel, students, care givers, teachers, counselors, and others in need of therapeutic support. Support group for adolescents (8-11 years old) with divorced or divorcing parents. Why attend? Reduce feelings of isolation, foster resilience, learn emotional awareness, facilitated by a trained & licensed therapist. Filling In The Grey
Support group for teens (12-16 years old) with divorced or divorcing parents. This group will provide emotional support, reduce feelings of isolation, and foster resilience. Facilitated by a licensed therapist, group includes: open discussions, group activities, and coping strategies to help teens navigate challenges in family dynamics. Teens will be encouraged to gain a new perspective for filling in pieces of their lives that may seem impossible.
