Coming to therapy can be hard. Our goal is to make therapy and coaching a positive experience. We work mainly with all addictions including sex, porn and gambling as well as relationship issues, couples work and anxiety. We also work with couples having relationship concerns and those seeking premarital counseling. We offer life coaching for those looking to break negative life patterns and those that are having a hard time managing life transitions. We also specialize in teen issues as well as transgender and identity issues and are certified to do phone and video sessions.
We work with all aspects of relationships issues from couples concerns to issues with dating, communication, sex, intimacy, and boundaries in couples and individuals. We also offer pre-marital counseling based on an 8 session course to help couples successfully navigate and avoid the most common relationship pitfalls.
We work from a collaborative, caring, and supportive model of therapy and coaching. As a team we can work together to help you create the life you have always imagined. I believe that each person has the power to break cycles and patterns and lead an amazing life.
