Sexual Assault Seeking Safety Skills Group
Safe Alliance offers a free weekly group that teaches resources to attain safety from trauma through improving the use of healthy coping strategies. This group uses the components of the Seeking Safety Model, sharing information related to topics specific to trauma. Some examples of topics include: Safety, Grounding, Healing from Anger, Compassion, Healthy Relationships, Recovery Thinking. This is an open group with new members welcome. Sexuality Therapy Group
This is a FREE therapy group for survivors of sexual trauma who want to process and explore the following topics: sexual health and sex positivity, releasing shame and guilt, understanding the impact of sexual trauma on emotional, physical, sexual, and relational health, integrating mind and body, engaging control and healthy boundaries, defining and exploring sexual pleasure, connection and intimacy, and safe resources for learning and exploration. *Due to the sensitive nature of this group, therapist referral is required*.
