Psychotherapy is a process that allows for healing and meaningful connection. Past struggles and difficult thought patterns can cause strain on your sense of self and your relationships. My goal is to provide a warm and supportive space that allows you to share and explore what you need. As your therapist I would take great care in hearing your story and attending to our therapeutic relationship. I work with individuals, couples, and families across a spectrum of identities and backgrounds on their path toward wholeness.
I integrate relational psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and somatic perspectives in helping clients better understand themselves and in resolving conflicts. I work with adolescents around teen issues of social media, self-esteem, and peer relationships. I also work with parents on their own issues in the context of supporting their children.
I have tremendous respect for the therapeutic relationship and each person's story. I believe that developing insight into your own inner life allows for deeper recovery and meaning-making. I welcome you to come as you are with any uncertainties or suffering. All of your experiences matter in this process of living your life with greater ease and purpose.
