We are accepting new clients. My name is David Woldtvedt. Much of my experience has involved working with individuals impacted by addiction, co-occurring mental health issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, and other adverse childhood experiences. I aim to build a relationship with each of my clients that involves the foundational elements of trust and meeting individuals where they are at. I utilize therapeutic skills in sessions that are solution-focused and healing-centered.
I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR is one of many therapeutic approaches I use and it is highly effective for treating trauma, anxiety, distressing memories, phobias, and even for reducing cravings. As a Substance Use Disorder Professional with nearly 10 years experience, I also specialize in addictions.
Working with people who have a diverse number of identities and backgrounds, I value, honor, and celebrate differences. I look forward to cultivating a strong, working relationship with each of my clients. Please feel free to reach out for a consultation to determine if we would be a good fit. I look forward to getting started with you.

Healing Through Creative Expression

Raquel Sadler, MA, NCC, LPC, LMHC, CCST-T facilitates this group. Looking for a powerful and creative way to process emotions, build insight, and feel seen—without needing to find the “perfect” words? Our Sandtray Therapy Group provides a safe, expressive space where you can use miniatures, sand, and metaphor to explore your inner world and connect with others on a deeper level. This group is ideal for adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges. No artistic skill is required—just openness to exploration.
