We are currently taking new clients! My name is Rebecca Bennett, and I know that seeking help can be tough, but you are not alone. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space, free of judgment so that you have the space to heal and grow. I am passionate about working with the neurodivergent community and the LGBTQIA+ community, and look forward to the opportunity to work collaboratively with you in your journey through self-love, healing and growth.
I have experience and training helping individuals through anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, self-harm behaviors, life transitions, LGBTQIA + and neurodivergent issues. I have experience working with a variety of populations such as children, adolescents and adults.
I work from an integrative approach to therapy where I draw from several different theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. We will work collaboratively creating goals and then identify what you want to focus on in each session to get you closer to your goals.
