We are accepting new clients! My name is Madison Russo and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State and hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe every individual has a unique story, and I am dedicated to understanding and honoring yours. Through narrative therapy and person-centered approaches, we’ll explore the meaning behind your experiences and work to rewrite your story in ways that empower and inspire you.
The majority of my clinical experience has involved working with teens (13+), young adults, and adults seeking counseling for anxiety, trauma, ADHD, adverse childhood experiences, depression, and OCD, as well as people seeking healthier coping and stress reduction strategies to better their lives and interpersonal relationships.
I strive to offer genuine care, listen deeply, and create a space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and accepted. I believe that emotional health is equally important as physical health, and when we find ways to honor and hold our emotions, we feel more connected to ourselves and those around us.
