My ideal clients are adults and young adults navigating addiction, substance use, trauma, and PTSD, as well as grief, anger, codependency, and relationship struggles. Many come to me feeling overwhelmed or stuck, looking for a guide rather than someone with all the answers. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I help clients reduce emotional distress and build psychological flexibility. Together, we focus on the next step forward — not the whole mountain — so clients can move toward healing with clarity, resilience, and confidence.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, BlueCross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare and United. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
We offer daytime and evening appointments from Monday through Sunday. We have more than 30 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
