Making the decision to seek help and walking through that door for the first time can be extremely difficult. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, anger, relationship difficulties, or mood disorders, I highly value bringing a compassionate, non-judgmental presence and a results-oriented mindset to each session. It is my goal to help you uncover what it is that is getting in your way and how you can move through it with clarity and resilience. If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are, challenge you when appropriate, and walk beside you each step of the way, I would be honored to connect with you!

Still on the fence about reaching out? Know there's someone out there with unique experiences who is a perfect fit! For example: I worked in neurology research for 3 years & learned about the impacts of neurological disease. I want to pursue certification in neuropsychotherapy so I can help clients understand connections between neuroscience & mental health!

Outside of sessions, I find peace in engaging in activities such as writing, reading, caring for my animals, horseback riding (I would love to offer equine-assisted therapy one day), and spending time with my husband.
