I currently work with children, adolescents and adults using a variety of evidence based approaches. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Play Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care Frameworks to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
