Sadie Forsythe is not currently accepting new clients.
I am only accepting clients for my group workshop at this time.* Are you struggling with difficult emotions, stress management, relationship difficulties, or longing for change in your life? Maybe you are feeling disconnected and overwhelmed, and longing for deeper connection. I am passionate about supporting individuals who are seeking to live more meaningful, satisfying lives, and helping you feel less "stuck". Whatever the change you seek, deciding to invest in your own wellbeing can be a courageous and life changing choice. I would be honored to help you re-connect with your own strengths and re-align your values and actions.
I am a Certified Daring Way(tm) Facilitator, a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown to help individuals and groups examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding them back and identify the new choices and practices that will move them toward more authentic and wholehearted living.
I specialize in supporting young adults (ages 18-40), who are facing questions about who they want to be in the world right now. My approach to therapy acknowledges the transformative potential of relationships (including our therapy relationship), as well as the impact of societal and cultural forces in our lives.

Daring Greatly: 10 Week Group

This is a 10-week workshop (Mondays 4 - 6pm: Feb 24 - May 4, 2020 - excluding April 6). The Daring Way(tm) is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Brené Brown. We will explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. You will be invited to examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding you back and identify the new choices and practices that will move you toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead. Contact me for more info.
