Life’s challenges can shape us in powerful ways. I know because I’ve faced my own share of struggles—and now I use that strength to walk alongside my clients, one day at a time. I believe that our weaknesses can become our greatest strengths, especially with patience and resilience. Before becoming a therapist, I was a Registered Nurse, learning the power of compassion and truly listening to people’s stories. With a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I bring experience and heart into every session. I’m here to help you find strength, hope, and change.
I help clients grow through Individual, Family, Pre-Marital, and Grief therapy, using Structural, Narrative, Solution-Focused, Transgenerational, and Strategic approaches. Growing up in a family that faced adversity taught me empathy, compassion, and shaped my approach to helping clients. I offer virtual therapy for your comfort and convenience.
I’m passionate about Couples therapy, drawing from over 30 years of marriage experience and 10 years as a counselor. I help couples improve communication and interaction patterns using Emotionally-Focused therapy and other methods to strengthen connections. Don't hesitate to start your journey as I will tailor sessions to your needs.
