My style is Psychoanalytic, which means I assist my clients with uncovering their unconscious processes and help them understand how their past experiences influence their current life. CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Emotionally Focused Therapy are implemented to assist my clients with developing a healthy mind and self-esteem.
My clients should expect to get REAL help while feeling seen and heard. I pride myself on creating a safe space and allowing my clients to feel comfortable while unloading their concerns. Ultimately, I aim to uncover the root causes of dysfunction and teach my client techniques and coping skills to move forward from their circumstances.
