I work with kids 10+, teens, young adults, and parents who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, and day-to-day struggles that are getting harder to manage. Some clients are having trouble focusing, staying on task, sleeping, managing big feelings, or keeping up with school and friendships. Others feel like they are spiraling, stuck in rumination, acting on impulse, shutting down, or getting in trouble more often than they want.
My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and practical. I help clients build coping skills, improve executive functioning, manage anger and impulsivity, strengthen emotional regulation, and feel more confident in handling school, relationships, and everyday stress. I also support parents who are trying to better understand what their child needs.
I offer telehealth therapy in Texas for kids 10+, teens, young adults, and parents. My practice is LGBTQI+ allied, BIPOC allied, and neurodivergent-affirming.
