About
***Offering both in-person and virtual appointments.****** Seeking psychotherapy is a courageous decision and may feel overwhelming, but you are not alone. I practice therapy with a holistic approach which is personalized to a person's unique goals. I have over 11 years of experience working with adults, families and adolescents who may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, identity, attention disorders, mood disorders, developmental transitions, trauma and grief/loss.
In my therapy sessions with all clients, I offer a range of supportive, clinical experiences through talk and art therapy. Some of my treatment modalities include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, with components of both Relational and Psychodynamic orientations.
Through an alliance of trust and collaboration, I will work with you to better understand your symptoms and find ways to improve your life.
