Being a Black woman or person of color in our society can be draining. It’s 2:00 a.m. and you’re caught in a 'doom scroll' because your brain won't hit the off switch. Combined with CBT and mindfulness, this gives you a real-world toolkit of concrete skills to stop just surviving and actually start thriving.
Sometimes words aren't enough for the weight we carry. I use Art Therapy to help you tap into emotions that are hard to put into words—no artistic 'skill' required. If you've felt stuck in traditional talk therapy, this creative approach offers a new way to process and heal. We’ll mix these tools with CBT to give you a toolkit for your everyday life.
