Not accepting new clients. Laughing, crying, swearing, vomiting — all parts of you are welcome no matter how your current pain & challenges are showing up. My expertise is in complex trauma, attachment, life transitions, & chronic illness. I am a mind/body psychotherapist & will work with you through a holistic & integrative lens. I have been a psychiatric physician assistant for 20+ yrs & am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II. While education & training are important, in my life & my work I most value a heartfelt connection. This forms the basis of the healing relationship that I consider essential & sacred to my work.
At each appointment, we will focus on what is alive for you (in your life & in your body) & how that connects to the experiences that led to us sharing time together. Know that you do not need to relive past traumas — while you are welcome to bring details of your journey & your story to our work, it is not necessary for healing & meaningful change to occur.
Through mindfulness & curiosity, we will explore your protective patterns. I will gently guide you to slow down & bring awareness to what is happening in the present moment. Most importantly, I will hold a safe space so that new insights can arise. A deeper self awareness will allow you to come home to your mind/body. I got you! I look forward to connecting
