Greetings! My name is Tanya Lambert and I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have 12 years of experience working with teens, adults, couples and families. I'm trained in EMDR and TF-CBT, both trauma modalities to process unresolved past trauma. I try to meet you where you're at, focusing our sessions over supporting you with what you need to help you overcome symptoms, life struggles, to be a better you. I like to say that finding the right therapist is like finding the right pair of jeans. Sometimes you have to try on a few pair before you find the right fit. I'm trained in EMDR and TF-CBT, both trauma modalities for teens and adults. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness strategies, Solution-focused strategies, and a variety of relationship strategies to improve connections with others. I work with those with PTSD, anxiety, depression, autism, as well as sudden life experiences such as grief/loss.
