I feel honored to work with people who are deeply examining their relationship with themselves and the world. The therapy I offer is an exploration of what blocks aliveness and an awake, open, compassionate heart. I am a Somatically based, Certified Ketamine-Assisted Therapist. I support clients in preparing, experiencing, and integrating the lived experience of being in a nonordinary state of being, to heal the wounds that come from PTSD, addiction, depression, anxiety, and our overall suffering. With the support of psychedelics, we can go beyond the egoic self and heal the deeper layers of our being.
My theoretical background pulls from many traditions of healing that include traditional psychology, understanding who we are and the origins of why we behave the way we do, Somatic based psychology understanding the relationship to the mind and body, a sensory knowing of what it means to FEEL more peace and equanimity in our lives.
