I am a direct, pragmatic therapist who will work to process with you and practice skills to manage relationships and life.
I am a direct and pragmatic therapist. My beliefs around humans are that much of our current circumstances are a result of past unresolved trauma. We work together to process through, and unpack the past while simultaneously building skills.
It's common to feel obligated, worn out, anxious and unfulfilled. I work with my clients compassionately, as an advocate, to teach self advocacy and boundaries. The most sacred relationship we have is with ourselves. We can work together to rebuild your love for yourself to find joy in life.
