Zoom video coaching only - Are you a busy human service or medical provider, clergy person, and/or activist in need of therapeutic coaching or spiritual renewal in these challenging times? With nearly 30 years of experience, I bring a wealth of grounded life experience to my coaching and accompaniment of you in your own life journey - including as a Unitarian Universalist clergy person, trained spiritual director, and licensed independent clinical social worker, as well a lecturer, author, and urban activist. I work solely via Zoom with the above listed professionals on a self-pay sliding scale basis. I do not take insurance.
My practice specializes in a holistic mind-body-spirit approaches as a Zen Buddhist, Sand Tray, Liberation Health, and Internal Family Systems Level II practitioner. Mindfulness, expressive art, and spiritual direction approaches can assist in personal insight, grounding, and transformation. I work via Zoom video only for 30-60 minute self-pay sessions.

Group Sand Tray Training/Sand Tray Coaching
This group is created on an as requested basis for small groups of mental health or coaching professionals seeking a basic training in a particular sand tray technique. I also have this training available for on-line Zoom video booking for Internal Family Systems trained practitioners. This group is able to be designed for speciality needs by the group, including for spiritual exploration or coaching.
