Transpersonal Counseling is very positive and present centered. I will use whatever techniques seem appropriate for you in each session. Above all, I will listen to you and help you find ways to live your life to the fullest! One my niches is working with highly sensitive people.
I am an ordained minister and have been a yoga and meditation instructor for over 30 years, helping people to reduce stress, connect with their spiritual source, and find inner peace and fulfillment. I also have experience as a hospital chaplain and am honored to help those dealing with chronic illness, grief, and loss.
