I enjoy supporting individuals as they navigate challenging life circumstances, trauma, and transition. Of particular interest is utilizing physio-emotional and somatic modalities such as; walking outside together, breathwork, movement, and even touch therapy like Craniosacral. I specialize in somatically processing experiences to include integrating insights from psychedelic & plant medicine journeys into daily life for long-term change. As a dually licensed clinician, I incorporate trauma informed touch therapy modalities to encourage my clients' nervous systems to integrate emotions, process experiences, and settle into safety.
I work with individuals to identify and disrupt intergenerational patterns, dysregulated emotions and behaviors that no longer serve them. I have found the weaving of counseling, touch, somatic approaches, and resourcing of personal plant medicine experiences to have profound changes in the mind, body and spirit of those I work with.
