Trauma touches each of us in different ways. For some, healing means learning to see life through a clearer, softer lens instead of one clouded by pain.
I provide the tools to help you navigate trauma, break unhealthy patterns, set boundaries, & master self-care. My focus includes addressing codependency, healing childhood attachment wounds, fostering self-identity & self-love. I also offer private pay services, including intensive 3-5 day trauma retreats, holistic life coaching, sound & vibrational healing.
Creating a safe and supportive space is paramount in the therapeutic process. I am dedicated to fostering an environment where you can freely process and heal from life's issues while simultaneously building resilience and reclaiming your life.
