I work with individuals, couples, children, and families using CBT, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapies integrated with mindfulness to support emotional balance. I am trained in the Gottman Method Level 3 for couples and a Certified Child-Centered Play Therapist, nurturing healthy attachment and growth.
