I work with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and major life transitions. As a trauma-informed, sex-positive therapist, I offer an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and women of all identities. I have a special passion for supporting folks through pregnancy-related challenges, including perinatal and postpartum experiences, with compassion & care
I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, trauma-informed care, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD.
