My main focus is relationships - marriage counseling, divorce, relationship with yourself or others. In our first couple of sessions, we'll gather history and make sure we're a good fit. My sessions are 85 minutes long for couples and I recommend being able to commit to weekly sessions for about 8 weeks to get you headed in a good direction. Faith can be included in sessions if that's desired.
