I am a licensed mental health counselor in TX and OH. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and addiction. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Science in Social Work from Florida State University and my Master's Degree of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH. I have been practicing since 2016. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement and Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Instinctual Trauma Response Model (ITR), and a slew of other treatment approaches.

I am currently learning functional nutrition and how to apply that to mental health needs. I have received some of the best Christian formation a person could receive from various places such as Lifestyle Christianity University, Franciscan University, Spiritual Direction school in Clearwater FL, and from being in a Catholic religious order for 8 1/2 years.

Thus, I bring in Christian values into the session and offer a holistic approach to counseling.
