I am passionate about helping teens and women experience more peace an ease. I help when life is feeling heavy, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. I provide counseling for women who are struggling with relationships, boundaries, people pleasing, communication, and other life difficulties while looking to find more balance in life.
