As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in supporting individuals, families, and couples through a of myriad challenges with compassion, experience, insight, and evidence-based care. My practice is rooted in a deep respect for the unique identities, strengths, and needs of every individual and family I work with. I bring over a decade of experience in community- crisis- and school-based mental health programs. There isn’t a corner of the sphere of support I haven't touched in my career!
I offer affirming care for couples, including LGBTQIA+ and non-traditional relationships. I provide a variety of relationally based and interactive interventions, perinatal parents, partners, adoptive/kinship parents, and families navigating co-parenting and blended dynamics, trauma- informed care, neurodivergence, and major mental health needs.
