I mostly use EMDR. This treatment desensitizes every negative thought that is attached to every painful memory you have. It also removes every negative physical feeling you have in your body about the memory. Bilateral Stimulation allows your brain to reprocess painful memories. As each memory is effectively reprocessed, you experience healing for each past wound, one at a time.
