As a Desi-American woman and a trauma-informed art therapist, I combine art-making, somatics, movement, ancestral connection, and spirituality in the healing process. I believe that healing is not only cognitive; it is also emotional, embodied, and deeply connected to culture and authenticity.
In our work together, we may use art, ritual, guided visualization, inner child work, and movement; helping you reconnect with your inner compass and ancestral strength. In sessions, we will practice compassionately witnessing and befriending your inner parts and attuning to the Self and Source energy of clarity, calm, and deep understanding.
My practice is beneficial for those who: Feel disconnected from traditional talk therapy; Seek expressive and spiritual healing; Carry cultural grief or ancestral wounds; Are looking for something "more."
