Busy women get it all done. Is this you? You take care of everybody. You've spent years being the strong one, the peacemaker, and the one who always puts others first. Something has started to shift though and you are tired of carrying so much and are ready to feel lighter, calmer and like yourself again. You might even be wanting to meet yourself if you haven't been in touch with her very much. I help busy women break free from emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, and old habits and patterns that keep them stuck in order to find peace, happiness and joy. I'll help you release what is weighing you down to step into your best life!

I help women process not just talk about feelings where they might be blocked. I have an Advanced certification in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and use this to help process emotions. This processing allows for the release of negative emotions, relief from pain and supercharges moving forward.

I love to help people be the best version of themselves that they would like to be. I'm warm, fun and creative in my work. I am constantly learning and training. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you in meeting your goals!
