I am neurodivergent and I struggled with focus and not being able to start or complete tasks. This created anxiety and being overwhelmed because my brain could not hold that information long enough to process. With a better understanding of the autonomic nervous system and how it shapes the way we experience life I have been able to help myself and others.
Regardless of your mental health disposition understanding the physiological and psychological interconnectedness is the essence of resilience.
