I work hard to understand what you're looking for and to make sure our sessions feel meaningful and worthwhile to you. Above all, I focus on building a relationship with you that feels safe, inviting, trusting, and genuine. I'm here to listen, help you make sense of what you're going through, and find ways for you to deal with all that life has thrown at you. I love to include play, creativity, and humor when it makes sense.
Most of my work has been with kids and teens - y'all hold a special place in my heart! I work primarily with those who’ve been impacted by the child welfare and/or legal systems, and who have experienced abuse, grief, loss, family separation, difficult family relationships, and other hurtful experiences.
My biggest focus is creating a space where you feel you can share anything, and where you can trust that no matter what it is, you will be met with care and understanding. I am cool, calm, and collected - nothing you say will scare me, shake me, or turn me away! There is always a way for us to work through it.
