Our world today is full of tragedy and brokenness and it takes a toll on our emotional health. I believe that we are never without hope and that healing is always possible. We must remember that with God all things are possible. We just have to be willing to take the first step and ask for help. When we have a physical symptom that indicates we might be getting sick, we don't hesitate to go in for a check-up. Mental Health is the exact same. Sometimes all we need is a check-up to help us get back on track.
As a graduate from Campbellsville University’s Marriage and Family Therapy program, my training is working with systems. Sometimes the system can get stuck when it comes to couples and families. This is why it is very important for me to be able to see the whole system at work in front of me.
I personally know how important therapy can be for our emotional health and I have done plenty of my own soul work. I am very passionate about helping people live wholehearted, authentic & joyful lives. I want to offer my clients a safe, non-judgmental environment where they can find healing. It is ok to not be ok, we just don’t need to stay there.
