About
Do you feel as though you are going through the motions of life and not able to find joy? Are you feeling as though hope is nowhere to be found or that your problems are too big? I believe that every person’s story is worthy to be told and that there is hope even in the toughest of times. As a licensed therapist, I help you sort out the pieces of your story, make sense of them, and even find joy in them. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, past or current trauma, grief, life transitions, or anything that is keeping you from finding joy, I would love to help you.
As a therapist, I provide person-centered therapy, and I adapt counseling toward your strengths & your interests. Additionally, I approach counseling with the expectation that you and I are a team on your path toward healing. I work with all people and I have an extensive amount of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults of all ages.
Tough life situations are inevitable, and I know it might seem as though you are alone or that there is no hope in the process. However, I am here to be your cheerleader, and to remind you that there is hope and there is healing even in the most painful, scary, anxiety-ridden circumstances. It would be my pleasure walk with you on your path to restoration.
