I work with individual adults, children, teens, and couples who feel out of place, whether that’s in their relationships, their communication, or how they show up in daily life. Many come in feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or frustrated from dealing with the same issues over and over, or going through a transition that feels hard to manage alone. Together, we will focus on understanding what’s keeping those patterns in place and building real, practical skills to change them. The goal is to create changes that actually last and work with for your family.
I have over a year of experience as a student therapist working with couples, families, and individuals through a systemic lens. I focus on eating disorders, trauma, ADHD, inner child work, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, direct, and focused on awareness and emotional regulation.
Reaching out can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve been carrying this on your own. Therapy is an investment in your confidence and future. We’ll go beyond talking to build insight, practical tools, and real momentum toward a more balanced, sustainable change.
