I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties, and difficult life adjustments. While I have gained a variety of experience with different populations, I especially enjoy working with adults and I love to help my clients through their difficult times in life. I also work with couples looking to strengthen their relationships utilizing Gottman informed couples counseling. I put an emphasis on client-centered care, in which clients are able to work collaboratively with the counselor to establish treatment goals and facilitate feelings of empowerment.
I utilize techniques from DBT, RO DBT, CBT, and have completed Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman training. I offer my clients a safe space to improve their coping skills, learn how to strengthen their relationships, and create healthy self-care skills.
