I believe therapy should feel safe, authentic, inclusive, and genuinely human. My goal is to create a space where people can show up exactly as they are — without fear of judgment, shame, or feeling like they have to have everything figured out before asking for help.
I’m Sabrina Guinn, a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Tula Counseling Center. I earned my Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling with a specialization in Trauma and Crisis Counseling from Liberty University, and my work is deeply rooted in helping people heal from trauma, navigate anxiety and relationship struggles, and rebuild self-worth.
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, person-centered, and affirming. I work with individuals and couples and strive to create an environment where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and truly seen. I also provide sex-positive and LGBTQ+ affirming therapy services in a supportive and nonjudgmental space.
I believe healing does not have to happen in a cold or overly clinical environment. Therapy can include honesty, humor, self-discovery, meaningful connection, and even moments of laughter alongside the hard work.
