I help people struggling in life to create and sustain positive change. I take a judgment free approach and am deeply dedicated to client-centered practices that provide individuals with dignity and self-determination. I will help you identify unconscious core beliefs about yourself, relationships, life, and the things that have happened to you. These beliefs affect your emotions and behaviors and can interfere with your decision making and ability to accomplish your goals.

I have 5 years of experience working with individuals, children, and families suffering from complex trauma related to abuse, neglect, domestic violence, substance use, and mental illness (anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders).

I am also a trained birth and postpartum doula that enjoys therapeutically working with women and their partners through the perinatal and postpartum period. I believe that each person is unique and that one size does not fit all.
