Hi! I’m Sabrina, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NYS dedicated to helping you navigate life’s toughest challenges. Many people find themselves putting the needs of others first while their own take a back seat. In therapy, I help clients reconnect with themselves, explore how life circumstances shape thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships, and build tools for meaningful change.
