I strongly believe the best things in life aren’t things. In fact, I’d say it’s having peace of mind and the courage to take the first step toward change; making decisions with autonomy and living life from a place of intention and confidence rather than fear and obligation. With the amount of barriers we all face, it’s essential to find someone that will support you in finding that strength within yourself and gently push you to set your limits outside of your comfort zone.
From being in the client chair to being the counselor herself, I have grown a deep passion for understanding and normalizing the human experience. Some of my specialties include working with individuals who have experienced trauma or have PTSD and couples struggling with difficult transitions or infidelity.
After earning your trust, we'll build off your strengths & I'll support you each step of the way. I'm confident we can find a way to combat whatever is challenging your spirit and get you to feeling like the better version of yourself. I have evening availability and work both virtually or in-person. Contacting our office is the quickest way to get started!
